Hard hat on architectural drawingsBefore breaking ground on a project, we provide a critique of existing quality control practices and a risk management review of the construction drawings for the project. This review helps identify those aspects that most often result in lawsuits, and help establish and implement quality control and quality assurance programs that deliver the greatest protection from legal action while increasing the availability of insurance coverage. Our clients typically get far better coverage at lower rates, which translates into reduced risk and increased profitability.

During the construction phase, mc3 guides and supports a comprehensive quality control and quality assurance program, which enables projects to be managed more effectively and profitably. We review all construction documentation to ensure compliance with quality control protocols and organize these documents to assist in a strong defense against construction defect litigation should it occur.
