General Manager / Construction Management Consultant
Mr. Oxford is the General Manager for the mc3 division and is responsible for leading and providing strategic business management to the service division. His responsibilities include working with corporate staff to establish an effective sales and marketing program, supervising the mc3 staff and overseeing their training and professional development, and managing mc3's full line of services.
Mr. Oxford brings over 15 years of construction management experience to mc3, managing commercial, heavy-civil, and single- and multi-family construction projects. He has also distinguished himself as an industry consultant working with national builders and contractors assisting them in the development and implementation of business strategies, process improvement, performance measurement, and cost reduction. `
