Responsible for acting as a liaison to attorneys and their staff, insurance adjusters, and external co-experts by organizing and managing case file information including legal pleadings and construction documents including contracts, change orders, and field notes. Facilitates interaction and information exchange between project teams and clients. Assists in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Creates specialized matrices integrating technical and legal analysis. Schedules and coordinates site inspection and destructive testing.
Mr. Buckley received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. His insurance designations include Associate in Insurance Services and Legal Principles Claim Specialist.
